4 Pistols or Squats

5 KB Swings 24/16

6 Sit Ups

7 Wall Balls

8 Push Ups

9 Box Jumps

10 Thrusters 45/30 or Plate Ground to Overhead

11 Muscle Ups or Ring Rows

12 meter Sled Push 100/70 Up & Back!

*Complete 1, then 1&2, then 1&2&3, and so on until you get to 12.
